Loan Library Agreement

It is necessary to fill out a Loan Agreement to borrow from the RSOI Loan Library. You can see a printable copy of the loan agreement by clicking on the link below, or by selecting RSOI Library Loan Agreement from the RSOI Navigation Bar... or call or email the RSOI office for a copy of the Loan Library catalog and loan agreement to be mailed to you.
