The Oregon Technology Access Program (OTAP) provides training, information, technical assistance and resources regarding the uses of technology for children with disabilities. OTAP services are available to anyone concerned with the needs of Oregon's children with disabilities from birth to age twenty-one. The program is sponsored by the Oregon Department of Education (ODE).

FAPE was originally funded as one of four projects funded by the U.S. Department of Education to reach parents, administrators, service providers, and policymakers nationwide with information about implementing IDEA '97. In October 2003, the four projects were consolidated into the Unified IDEA Partnership.

The State of Oregon's public education system consists of public school districts and education service districts with their own respective governing bodies. The Oregon Legislature created the Oregon State Board of Education to set the educational policies and standards of Oregon’s state schools and community colleges.

The mission of OTAO is to support its membership by providing direction and vision for the profession while promoting excellence in the practice of Occupational Therapy.

The Oregon Physical Therapy Association, a component of the American Physical Therapy Association, was incorporated in 1954 as an Oregon non-profit entity. The association's purpose is to meet the physical therapy needs of the general public and its members through the development and improvement of physical therapy education, practice and research.

OPTA's Mission The mission of the Oregon Physical Therapy Association (OPTA), a chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), is to support, promote, and advocate for the profession of physical therapy. We strive to further the profession’s role in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions that affect movement and function.

The Pain Management Program offers information to raise awareness about chronic pain and resources to help people manage chronic pain.
